วิธีการทำมันฝรั่งบด รสดั้งเดิม
- นำหัวมันฝรั่งล้างเอาคลาบดินออกให้หมด และ ปลอกเปลือกออกจนหมด
- นำมันฝรั่งที่ปลอกเสร็จแล้ว ต้นในน้ำเดือด ประมาณ 15 – 20 นาที ใช้ส้อมจิ้มว่าสุกได้ที่แล้วจึงนำขึ้นพักไว้ก่อน

- ต้มด้วยไปกลางจนเดือด แล้วปรุงรสด้วย เกลือ และ พริกไทย
- นำมันบดที่ต้นสุกแล้วบดให้ละเอียดในขณะที่มันยังระอุอยู่
- เติมส่วนผสมที่ผัดเมื่อสักครู่ลงไปในโถผสมที่บดมันผรั่ง
- คนให้เข้ากันจนเป็นเนื้อเดียวกันก็พร้อมเสิร์ฟ
